LibMaple Core reboot process

I’ve pushed an update which removed the robotis bootloader code from the core, (and variants) and also removes the code associated with the 1200 baud reboot

I’d appreciate it, if a few people can download the latest version and let me know if it works or not for them, as its working fine on my blue pill

I think there are more changes that can be made to get rid of some potential issues and tidy up the code, but I wanted to push this so other people can test the majority of the changes first.
