Arduino.org have a list of distributors on their site http://www.arduino.org/buy/distributors
But AFIK the STAR OTTO board are not available for sale yet, nor has the price been released.

Hello,
I’m not a novice. I use actually Arduino Due, and I wan’t to try ST32. The speed is better.
At works I use microchip 32, Renasas.

Lots of people use the ILI9141 with STM32F103C8 (total cost < $10)

Ok my English it’s not very good (I’m french)
My project :
– Swimming pool control with TFT 3″2 or 4″3 (PH, Redox, Temperature for the pump time)
– automatic watering with TFT 4″3 or 5″ (control solenoid)
The 2 project is connected by Ethernet to drive by smartphone, PC.
Actually it’s on arduino Due (swimming pool), but with a TFT it’s too late.
