I have used the Maple mini as a module on a PCB and it works well.
I know a lot of people have now moved to KiCad and I need to migrate to it for both commercial and non commercial work, but I find that companies seem to prefer files in Eagle format, as perhaps they can import into Altium etc
If it can help, here is a online tool to migrate Eagle library to Kicad :
Its just the initial learning curve… Like with everthing
My First batch of boards made using my blue pill library arrived from Itead on xmas eve. I have just had chance to make them up. All was fine with the library but I did notice a slight problem I mislabelled PA15 as PB15 (Pin30) I have corrected it and uploaded the correct version.

Thanks.
Can you zip the files and attach them to your post
i made a black pill schematics and board for eagle, I DIDN’T CHECK IT so before making a pcb test it
really it is my personal eagle library so you will find other stuff like some imu, sd adapter and gps, you will find them usefull
edit i made a library with all f103 (maple, black and blue) using simonf already made boards (as you could immagine it is the file called stm32duino boards)

edit2: this was a fast hack when i will get my black pill i will modify the library and add the baite clone since in these boards there isn’t av+ and av- and add the differents pin funcionality
EDIT3: see above

Black Pill – Blue Pill
Maple Mini from Baite – LeafLab
